What we do

We personally interview each and every candidate wishing to register with us using the strict Childcare East criteria.

They are reference checked, qualification and identification checked and must have a minimum of two years childcare experience. They must provide us with the following details for our records which we also forward to our clients:

We carefully search out and select the candidates that we can truly recommend to our clients. The handpicked candidates will then be given a full job description and only if their interest is confirmed, will our candidates’ details be released to our client. Then if the client wants to proceed, an initial telephone interview will be arranged followed by a face to face interview in the client’s home or in a hotel lounge. Confidentiality and discretion in safeguarding our clients and our candidates’ personal details is of paramount importance to us.

Any offer of employment must be confirmed in writing and we will offer you our assistance where needed, with an employment contract, nanny tax and health insurance for candidates who are to work overseas.
